I decided to take this particular piece to a more finished place, with some cleaner black lines, and of course Rainbow’s full pallet ^^
(Although I still enjoy simple line art to fully colored pieces if I’m honest)
I really fell in love with this little motion exercise when I first did it, I’m not sure why it appeals to me so much, but I think it might have been the added challenge of the string ^_^
In any case I’m delighted to have this one all finished up, and I promise the only thing Rainbow hurt was her ego...that little nose of hers will be just fine. ^_^
I hope you’re all having a super delightful day ^_^
All my love,
The added colour gives a nice professional visual and more life to the piece, although the sketchbook style has it's own appeal and identity so that's a take your pick.
To SUM(lines 1-7) Great short working to its limitations of time and sound, smooth flow and now reaching it's 200th cycle I still go "Ha! She got bopped by a yo yo... awww,"
May I ask, how did you get so good at frame by frame animation? Online tutorials? Animation classes?
I'm asking because I may be interested in this media and I could use some tips
I just loved his movie ''The Thief and the Cobbler'' as a kid, but I didn't know he wrote a book about his animation!
I'm probably going to check it out. Thanks a bunch for the reply!
Yes I'm a horrible person.
"Please don't hate me... it's just my nature to return back... I don't mean to hurt when I return... I love you Dashie!"
... that got a little weird at the end...
.....my heart..*keels over*
