Buzzcut

As usual, I adore the technique of the piece. It has some good linework and coloring, and it has a great sense of detail. I especially love how their chests are tufted, giving their coats some realism. In addition, the characters' faces seem pretty expressive. I particularly like how Fluttershy is whimpering in response to her new do. However, I sort of have a problem with the premise. You see, I don't think Rarity would cut Fluttershy's hair that short on purpose if she knew she wouldn't be okay with it. Instead, I think the concept should be that Rarity was trying to cut her hair, but then she made a tiny mistake, and being the perfectionist she is, she decided to cut more of it so that it would all even out. That would have been more in character. Despite that huge problem, I think this is a decent piece. As I stated before, it has some good detail, and some decent comedy. I just think it should have followed a more in-character concept. Still though, I advise you to keep up the amazing work, FluttershytheKind!
